In 2007, Mr. Ehrlich represented the City of Allen Texas in their negotiations with Global Entertainment Corporation.  The City of Allen is building a 6,000 - 8,000 seat multi-purpose arena and Mr. Ehrlich led the negotiations and drafting of the Venue Management Agreement for the City. 

The representation included (i) due diligence regarding similar venues operated by Global; (ii) lead negotiation and drafting of the Management Agreement; (iii) analysis of ancillary marketing and sponsorship assets managed by the City; and (iv) public testimony at the Allen City Council regarding the Management Agreement.

This representation resulted in the successful negotiation of a Venue Management Agreement with Global that was approved by the Allen City Council.
